Maya Starr Ward is a award winning child actor,model, singer, and dancer. Represented by Andrew Wilson Agency in Boston, MA. Maya Starr studies drama at the Drama Studio in Springfield, Ma. and previously studied drama, musical theatre, and ballet with the Decatur, Illinois Art Council. Maya Starr is also an aspiring screen play writer and film director. Maya Starr was born in Urbana, Illinois and started her career in Chicago, Illinois. After moving to South Hadley, MA she continued pursuing acting and modeling. Her most acclaimed role was the principle lead in the award winning short film "Boo: A Short Film About Loneliness, in which she received "Honorable Mention" in the 2016 Asian American Film Festival, San Francisco. Other projects include: "A Street Runs Red", " Amber Street", and the off Broadway production "The Garden Life". In October, 2014, "The Dark River, the Fannie Lou Hamer Story", Baystate Parent Magazine May 2014 issue, Little Debbies Cake 2013-2014.
